Wedding Photography Terms of Service | Damian Pristov

1. Services and Deliverables

• •We provide professional wedding photography services, which include a pre-arranged number of hours of coverage based on your chosen package.
• •A minimum number of selected and professionally edited images will be delivered via an online gallery (Google Drive or similar) within 4 weeks after your event.

2. Booking and Retainer

• •To secure the booking, a non-refundable retainer of 25% of the total fee is required. This amount will be applied towards the final payment.
• •The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of services, with no refund of the retainer.

3. Event Schedule

• •Clients must confirm the event schedule no later than one week before the event date. Any last-minute changes need to be communicated and confirmed promptly.

4. Copyright and Usage

• •All photographs are copyright-protected by the photographer. Clients are granted a personal use license to share and print images, but modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
• •By booking our services, you agree to allow us to use your images for promotional purposes (e.g., website portfolio, social media). If you prefer to opt-out, please notify us in writing.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• •Rescheduling is subject to availability. In the case of a rescheduled date, 75% of the retainer will be retained as liquidated damages.
• •If the booking is canceled, the entire retainer is non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure

• •In the unlikely event that we are unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, etc.), we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, all payments, including the retainer, will be refunded.

7. Liability

• •We are not liable for missed images due to external factors beyond our control, such as restrictions at the event venue or weather conditions.
• •Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services, and we are not responsible for any consequential damages.

8. Image Storage

• •We will store your digital images for up to one year after the event date. It is recommended to download and backup your images promptly.

9. Model Release

• •By agreeing to our services, you grant us the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels.

10. Entire Agreement

• •These terms, along with your signed agreement, represent the entire understanding between you and Damian Pristov Photography. Any changes to the terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Governing Law

• •These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes will be resolved under Slovenian law.
